Legal basis

Performance of pre-contractual and contractual measures (Art. 6.1.b GDPR), explicit consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR) and, where applicable, legitimate interest (e.g. fraud prevention) and compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6.1.f and 6.1.c GDPR).

Minors

Our services are not directed at children under 14. Where applicable, minors must act with the authorisation of their parents or legal guardians.

Recipients and retention

Data is not shared with third parties except where legally required. Data is managed in the Mobilia CRM and the Make.com automation platform, under data processor agreements. Any transfer outside the EU is covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or Standard Contractual Clauses. We retain data for the duration of the relationship and the applicable legal periods.

Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection by writing to privacidad@almarealestateadvisors.com, attaching a copy of an identity document. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
