As a real estate agency operating digitally in the Region of Madrid, we make the official complaint forms available to you. You can choose either of these two options:
1. Download the official form (PDF)
Download the official Complaint Form of the Region of Madrid, fill it in and submit it at a Municipal Consumer Information Office (OMIC) or at the competent Consumer Affairs Directorate.

2. File your complaint online
File your complaint fully online through the Region of Madrid Consumer Portal, identifying yourself with an electronic ID (DNIe), a digital certificate, or the IDentifica system.
